The Board of Registration of Brokers and Salesperson recently adopted revised regulations that allow approved real estate schools to offer the state mandated 40 hour salesperson and broker class via distance learning technology with a live instructor. In December 2016, the Board approved our school to provide instruction via webinar for the salespersons and broker class.


Misrepresenting yourself during the webinar or having someone else take the webinar in part or in whole on your behalf would constitute obtaining your license by false pretense and may be subject to Board sanction including revocation. During the webinar at random times we may ask you to share your device camera with us. We also monitor session attendance and we can see if you’ve minimized the webinar interface on your device.

Upon signing up for the class we will email you webinar instructions and technical support links.

During the webinar you may ask as many questions as you want, we very much appreciate questions, and are pleased to also offer email, phone call or on line meetings after the completion of the class.

Don’t forget your headphones. You won’t need them all the time, but you will need occasionally. Check here for other technical requirements.
